All members must have

their patients.
All patients must receive
a full explanation of examination procedures and must have a complete and clear
explanation of what their treatment will involve.
Patient
confidentiality will be adhered to at all times.
All members must
obtain and hold full, professional indemnity insurance.
Members will make
provision for their continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain and

A complaints procedure has been set up. Patients must be aware that they are able to complain if they are dissatisfied with the service they have received from any practitioner. Similarly, members may report any activities or instances of unprofessional conduct which may be drawn to their attention.
